Inspecting and preparing rental vehicles for customer use, including checking for damage and ensuring that the vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
Providing customers with information on local attractions and directions, as well as emergency contacts and roadside assistance.
Resolving any customer issues or complaints, and escalating any issues as necessary.
